Any reproduction, representation or modification, full or partial, without prior written authorisation is forbidden and would constitute infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Dive data uploaded by users remains their exclusive property, as stated in the privacy policy.
4. Liability
BlueAtlas is a digital dive logbook. It does not replace certified dive training, a homologated dive computer, or medical advice from a hyperbaric physician. The editor cannot be held responsible for diving decisions made by users on the basis of information displayed by the application.
The editor strives to ensure availability and accuracy of the service, without warranty against errors or interruptions.
